HOUSE RULES (excerpt)

Campers are required to comply with the campsite’s house rules as well as those of the swimming pool.

The rental’s “parking” space or the camping pitch is designed for a single vehicle. Any other car must be parked outside the campsite.

Access to the aquatic area is regulated and reserved exclusively for campsite guests (SWIM BRIEFS OR BOXER SHORTS REQUIRED). Drinking, eating, and smoking are prohibited on the pool decks. Large inflatable floats or animals are not allowed.

Wood-burning barbecues are prohibited on the premises. Gas or electric barbecues are permitted.

They must park their car in the parking lot outside the campsite and present themselves at the reception with an ID (or at the bar if the reception is closed) upon arrival. Dogs and pool access are prohibited for safety and insurance reasons. Any abuse by visitors or tenants hosting visitors may lead to their expulsion.

TRAFFIC: The speed limit is 10 km/h. Barriers are closed between 10 PM and 7 AM, and all traffic is prohibited during this period.

NOISE: Nighttime quiet hours must be respected by all campers between 10 PM and 9 AM.

Should a guest disturb the stay of other users, fail to comply with the provisions of the house rules, or provide false information regarding the occupants of the pitch, the manager or their representative may, orally or in writing, if deemed necessary, issue a formal notice to cease the disturbances. In the event of serious or repeated violations of the house rules, and after formal notice by the manager to comply, the manager may terminate the contract and thus expel the persons concerned. In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call upon law enforcement.

ANIMALS: Animals must relieve themselves outside the campsite. If cleanup is performed by management, a €10 fee will be charged. Dogs are not allowed to roam freely within the campsite and must be kept on a leash. They must not be left alone on the pitch at any time. Dog owners are required to ensure quiet on their pitch and within the campsite premises, and thus to stop any excessive barking from their animal.

MAINTENANCE AND APPEARANCE OF FACILITIES: The pitch must be returned in the same condition as upon arrival, free of litter, personal clotheslines, stakes, or other personal items. Any damage caused to vegetation, fences, the ground, or campsite facilities will be the responsibility of the perpetrator. A flat fine of €100 is foreseen for damage to vegetation, particularly broken branches. The amount may be higher in case of more significant damage. If bothered by a branch or anything else, please notify a Campsite agent who will, if deemed necessary, trim it.

Guest Responsibility

They specifically undertake to leave their accommodation or pitch in good condition when vacating it at the end of their stay. Any damage to the premises, loss or destruction of furniture items furnishing the rentals or public buildings of the campsite automatically incurs the responsibility of the perpetrator. The contractual client of an accommodation or pitch is considered personally responsible for all damages, losses, degradations, disturbances, or nuisances caused by persons staying with them or visiting them. Should a client disturb

or cause nuisance to other guests or compromise the integrity of common facilities, the campsite reserves the right to immediately terminate their stay without any compensation and without prejudice to any claims for damages that the campsite and third parties may assert against them.

The same would apply if the campsite were to observe excessive occupancy of the accommodations (number of occupants exceeding the rental’s authorized capacity).

The client certifies that they hold a civil liability insurance contract with their insurer covering damages caused to rented or entrusted property (provide certificate).
